By using this website and booking consultations, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services

We provide technology consultation services on a pay-per-minute basis. A consultation is advice and guidance; it is not a guarantee of any specific business, technical, or financial outcome.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration details and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Bookings & Billing

All amounts are calculated on our servers based on the applicable per-minute rate, selected duration, taxes, fees, and any discount coupon. For scheduled consultations, please join on time — missed sessions are non-refundable once started. Amounts already verified/paid are refundable only at our discretion as per the cancellation policy.

4. Manual UPI Payments

Manual UPI bookings remain pending verification until an administrator verifies the payment. Submitting a UTR number or screenshot does not by itself confirm payment. Fraudulent payment claims may lead to account suspension and legal action.

5. Consultant Conduct

Consultants provide advice in good faith based on their experience. Consultation content is the consultant's opinion, not a professional certification or warranty.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access, scrape content, submit false payment information, or harass consultants or staff.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. The latest version is always available on this page.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
